Where's my package?

If you placed an order and have not received a tracking number yet, don't worry. There could be a number of reasons. Because we deal with multiple vendors, some out of country, processing can take up to 5 business days while we're waiting for funds to clear or verifying transactions. Some of our products may originate from sources outside the United States and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive at either one of our offices in Los Angeles, CA or Las Vegas, NV. Once received at one of our offices, a standard quality assurance check is performed and orders are shipped 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail, insured with signature confirmation. At this time a tracking number is assigned and you will be notified via e-mail. If you have not received a tracking number within 2 weeks, please check your junk mail/spam folder, otherwise please contact us and we'll look into the issue. During the U.S. holiday season (typically September through December), as well as Chinese New Year (February), orders can take up to one month to arrive, so please keep this in mind if you are planning to send gifts! Packages inbound and outbound through customs inspections can possibly delay delivery by one week or more. Your satisfaction is of utmost importance to us as we strive to provide an aMAZing shopping experience for you. We are a small, family run business, and some of us have full time day jobs.
